Application Instructions for Year 2008 Funding Cycle

New Online Grant Management System

All 2008 LLHF Grant Applications and Progress Reports must be submitted via electronic file upload using our new online Grant Management System (hard copies mailed to our office will no longer be accepted). The grant applications and progress reports will need to be formated as a single Adobe PDF file (Please review our Guidelines and Tips for Creating PDF Format Documents). The forms and instructions for preparing your grant application and progress reports are provided below.

Start-Up, Fellowship and Network LOI applications for Year 2008 are due on Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at 4:00 PM PST and will receive funding decisions from the foundation in June 2008. Applicants for Network Grants who have submitted a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) and have received an invitation from the foundation must submit their application by Friday, August 15, 2008 at 4:00 PM PDT.

Annual Progress Reports for all Grant Mechanisms are due on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 4:00 PM PDT. The instructions and forms needed to prepare a progress report are available below. The system will begin to accept progress report submissions on Friday, August 1, 2008.
